I feel so blessed to be apart of the youth at Travis Rd. God is doing amazing things with these youth. I just pray that He will continue to use us as we surrender ourselves to Him.
I cant believe my babies are both "toddlers" now. Olivia is 13 months and noah is 26 months. Its scary how fast time goes by. Such a huge reminder that life here is but a vapor. We have to take hold of the time we have and use it for His glory. I was reading through Ephesians yesterday and Ephesians 5: 15-16 says "Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
We are trying a new thing in our house. Yesterday the kids and I went for a walk! The fall weather is coming and even though it was still hot and humid the breeze was decent and it was nice to get outside and get exercise and a dose of vitamin D!! Now I am on a mission to find a double jogging stroller though. Easier said than done :/
We have also started going to a Bible study on Friday nights. Justin and I are learning so much. We are praying and beginning to change how our family does things.
Oh and my sister is expecting her 2nd little girl this Jan! We couldn't be more excited for them!! We are so thankful that all of the complications are over and the baby girl is doing great! Her bump almost makes me miss mine. Then I remember the vomiting, the aches, the pains, the heartburn, etc and I don't miss the bump so much anymore
Well time to freshen my cup of coffee and start the day!! Lots of stuff to do today!
